Application Instructions:

With Household Iron:

• Set iron to medium-high (cotton setting) – no steam
• Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture
• Place number, cover with parchment paper or a cloth
• Press firmly for 15–20 seconds
• Peel carrier sheet warm

With Heat Press:

• Set heat press to 110°C
• Pre-press garment for 5 seconds
• Place number, cover with silicone sheet or parchment paper
• Press for 5 seconds with medium pressure
• Peel carrier sheet warm
