    Set the canvas to the product’s print area. Check every logo’s finished size.

    Resolution: aim for 300 DPI

    Use sharp artwork at the final printing size. Enlarging a blurry file will not restore detail.

    Remove unwanted backgrounds and stray pixels. Visible backgrounds may print.

What is the difference between the DTF options?

The listings differ in film, available options, service and ordering method. DH Premium uses Instant DH hot-peel film, while the Kodak listing describes its Kodak system. White-label is for plain packaging and direct-to-customer supply. Check the product details before ordering; a higher price alone does not mean a transfer is better suited to your artwork.

What size is one metre of DTF?

The listed gang-sheet size is 580mm wide × 1000mm long. Keep every design within this area and check its final physical dimensions before exporting.

Can I fit multiple designs on one metre?

Yes. Combine logos, names, numbers and other designs on one print-ready gang sheet. Leave enough space to cut the designs apart. Transfers are supplied on complete sheets unless the product expressly states otherwise.

Which file type should I upload?

A sharp PNG with a genuinely transparent background is a useful choice. Aim for 300 DPI at the finished print size. Some products accept other formats; follow the accepted file types shown on the product and its upload field. Submit artwork in the normal viewing direction, without mirroring.

How does cash-on-collection preorder work?

Call 0191 4191262 for approval before using this service. Choose Kodak or DH Premium DTF, upload your print-ready gang sheet and include your required metres and account details. Collect from Washington only after we confirm your order is ready. Approved cash-on-collection customers pay the agreed total when collecting; prepaid customers use their agreed account arrangements. No delivery is available through this listing. Same-day collection must be agreed in advance.

Are the £0 listings free transfers?

No. Bulk DTF is a quotation request. The preorder product uses a £0 online placeholder and is charged at your agreed price on collection or under your prepaid account arrangements.

Can I collect my order?

Collection is available in Washington, Tyne & Wear when offered at checkout. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. For an urgent deadline, call before ordering.

What heat-press settings should I use?

Follow the instructions supplied with your particular transfers. Film, fabrics and heat presses vary, so do a test application before starting a complete run. A suitable heat press is recommended for consistent temperature and pressure.

Can you send directly to my customer?

Use the white-label service for plain, unbranded packaging and direct-to-customer dispatch. Follow that product’s delivery instructions and enter the correct recipient details at checkout.

Will my print match the colours on my screen?

Screen and printed colours can differ. If a product offers Colour Boost, it intentionally changes colour vibrancy and is not suitable when an exact match is needed. Contact us before placing a colour-critical order.

Can I order a smaller sheet?

Yes. Browse our A3 and A4 DTF categories if a full metre is more than you need.
