Orders & Payment
Please check your products, quantities, sizes, artwork, personalisation and delivery details before placing your order.
Payment is taken through Stripe. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch your goods, whichever happens first.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. Where a price is shown excluding VAT, this will be identified. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are shown before you place your order.
If we identify a pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price. You may decline and receive a refund.
Artwork & Personalisation
You are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, image quality, garment sizes and other instructions you supply.
You confirm that you have permission to use any artwork, photographs, logos or wording submitted for printing.
We reproduce the agreed artwork and specifications. We do not promise to identify or correct errors in customer-supplied files unless artwork checking or editing has been expressly agreed.
Where a proof is provided, please check it carefully before approval. Approval does not remove your rights if the finished goods are faulty or differ from the agreed specification.
Screen colours may differ from printed colours. Any specific colour-matching requirement must be agreed before ordering.
Production & Delivery
Production times depend on the product, quantity and receipt of suitable artwork. Please check the product information and any timescale agreed with us.
Dispatch estimates and delivery estimates are separate. Contact us before ordering if a particular arrival date is essential.
We will deliver within the agreed period, or within 30 days where no other period has been agreed.
Standard UK delivery is £6 including VAT, where available at checkout. Collection from our Washington premises is free.
Wait for confirmation that your collection order is ready before travelling. Collection hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.
For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until received by you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.
Changes & Cancellations
Our goods are personalised or made to your specifications. The usual statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to these goods.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.
This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Faults & Returns
Contact us if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from the agreed specification. Include your order number and details of the problem; photographs may help us investigate.
We will provide the refund, repair or replacement required by your statutory rights, including reasonable return costs where applicable.

Applying & Caring for Products
Follow the application and care instructions supplied for your products.
Damage caused by incorrect application, unsuitable materials, misuse or failure to follow appropriate instructions may not be a product fault. This does not exclude responsibility for faulty goods or incorrect instructions supplied by us.

Complaints & Legal Rights
Please send complaints to dtfprintingdirect@gmail.com, including your order number and the outcome you are seeking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
