Workwear FAQs

What is included in the price?

Check the selected product. The Uneek range offers chest-logo, front-and-back, multi-position and 10-shirt packages, plus a custom option. Pro RTX prices include one chest print, with a front-and-back upgrade available.

Can I mix sizes and colours?

Yes. Follow the size and colour selectors on the chosen product. The Uneek 10-shirt bundle uses its existing quantity table; add other size/colour combinations as instructed on each listing.

How long does workwear take?

Pro RTX takes 7–10 working days from payment and artwork approval until dispatch or collection readiness, with delivery time additional. For Uneek products, follow the listing or contact us to confirm your required date.

Can I combine workwear with transfer orders?

Pro RTX garments must be ordered separately from DTF and UV DTF transfers because the production schedules differ. Place separate orders and check each order’s delivery charges.

Which logo files can I upload?

The workwear product forms accept PNG, PDF and AI. Use clear artwork, remove unwanted backgrounds, outline fonts and embed linked images in vector files. Follow any instructions on the selected upload field.

Are these exact previews of my garments?

Images illustrate the garment style and print placements. Your supplied artwork and selected options determine the decoration. Check product measurements and colours before ordering.

Can I collect my order?

Choose collection when offered at checkout. Wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling.
