Information We Collect
When you order, create an account or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, order details, messages and uploaded artwork.
Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, including your IP address, browser, device information and website activity. Optional tracking depends on your cookie choices.
You must provide the information needed to process and deliver your order; otherwise, we may be unable to fulfil it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process payments, produce personalised goods and fulfil orders.
- Manage your account, artwork and customer enquiries.
- Send order confirmations and service updates.
- Maintain accounting records and meet legal obligations.
- Protect our website and investigate suspected fraud.
- Understand website usage and measure advertising, subject to your cookie choices.
- Send promotional emails where we have your consent or another lawful permission.
We rely on performance of a contract for orders and related enquiries, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate administration, security and fraud prevention. Where consent is required for marketing or tracking, we rely on your consent.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Relevant transaction, contact and technical information is shared with Stripe to process payments and help prevent fraud.
For details of Stripe’s handling of personal information, visit:

Who Receives Information
We share information where necessary with providers supporting our business, including:
- Hostinger, for website hosting and Hostinger Reach email marketing.
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Delivery providers, for dispatching orders.
- Email and technical service providers, for communications and website operation.
- Professional advisers and public authorities where necessary or legally required.
Our shop uses WooCommerce. Installing WooCommerce does not itself mean every order is shared with its developer.
Analytics, Advertising & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and Meta Pixel to measure advertising and support advertising audiences, subject to applicable consent requirements.
We use Complianz to manage cookie preferences. You can accept or reject optional cookies and change your choices using the website’s cookie settings.
Please see our Cookie Policy for details of detected cookies, their purposes and duration.
Marketing Emails
We use Hostinger Reach for email marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about your orders.
Uploaded Artwork
We use uploaded artwork to prepare and fulfil your order and handle related enquiries. Artwork may contain personal information, such as names or photographs.
Please only upload material you are entitled to share. Any use beyond fulfilling your order requires a separate appropriate basis.
International Processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are required, such as UK adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only for as long as needed for its purpose. We consider order fulfilment, customer support, accounting obligations, disputes and applicable legal requirements when deciding retention periods.
Artwork is retained according to production and support needs. Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your unsubscribe request.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable format.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To make a request or raise a concern, contact dtfprintingdirect@gmail.com.
