Which printing service should you order?

Workwear takes 7–10 working days from payment and artwork approval and must be ordered separately from DTF and UV DTF transfers. Contact us before ordering if you have an event or delivery deadline; dispatch and arrival dates are different.
Ordering from Sunderland
Sunderland customers can order online for UK delivery or collect a ready order from Washington. For staff clothing, agree the sizes and chest or back print positions first. If you are pressing clothing yourself, choose transfer-only DTF and use the gang sheet creator to combine logos or names. Collection takes place at the Washington address above.
Ordering from Newcastle
Newcastle customers can use the same online catalogue and choose delivery or available Washington collection. For a mixed craft order, separate fabric transfers from UV DTF hard-surface transfers and choose the matching product. Check DTF versus UV DTF before uploading. Confirm a time-critical order with us before paying or travelling.
Ordering from Durham
Durham customers can submit artwork online and select the delivery or collection option offered at checkout. If you need several designs, plan their actual printed sizes on a metre gang sheet; a sheet size is not the size of each logo. Read the gang sheet sizing guide before exporting. Wait for the ready notification if collecting in Washington.
Gateshead and the wider North East
We also accept online printing orders from Gateshead and surrounding areas. Choose your service by the item you want to decorate, then send the artwork dimensions, quantity and date needed. We do not operate separate branches in the towns covered by this guide.
South Shields orders
Order online for delivery or available Washington collection. For finished group clothing, provide a checked list of sizes and personalisation and allow the garment production time. Keep workwear separate from faster transfer orders.
