White-Label UV DTF Printing by the Metre

Supply your customers with custom UV DTF transfers without running your own UV printer. DTF Printing Direct prints your completed 580mm × 1000mm gang sheets and packs them in plain packaging.

Choose delivery to your business, direct dispatch to your customer, or Washington collection. Transfers are supplied ready to apply to suitable hard surfaces. No heat press is required.

How white-label ordering works

1. Prepare a print-ready 580mm × 1000mm gangsheet.
2. Choose your delivery or collection arrangement and upload your artwork.
3. Set the basket quantity to the number of one-metre sheets required. State any different layouts in the instructions.
4. For direct dispatch, enter your customer’s delivery address at checkout. Use one delivery address per order.
5. We print your transfers and use plain packaging without DTF Printing Direct promotional branding. Carrier labels use the sender and delivery details needed for shipping.

The price shown is per metre before any applicable checkout charges. Contact us before ordering if you need a trade quote, a specific deadline or special packing requirements. Bulk discounts are not promised unless agreed.

Artwork requirements

• Upload a PNG, PDF or AI. Transparent PNG is recommended when no background should print.
• For raster artwork, aim for 300 DPI at final size; fit every design within 580mm × 1000mm.
• Check spelling, design dimensions, transparency and image quality.
• Leave enough space between designs for cutting. Sheets are supplied complete.
• Do not mirror your artwork. For different layouts, supply a multi-page PDF or contact us first.
• For AI gangsheets, use a 580mm × 1000mm artboard, outline fonts and embed linked images. Save with PDF compatibility where possible.

Where can UV DTF be used?

UV DTF can decorate suitable smooth glass, acrylic, metal and some rigid plastics. It is useful for bottle logos, drinkware, packaging, signs and promotional products. Adhesion depends on the material, coating, cleanliness and shape. Test unfamiliar surfaces first.

UV DTF is not a clothing transfer. Avoid silicone, rubber, flexible packaging and heavily textured surfaces unless testing confirms suitability. Do not assume resistance to dishwashers, solvents, resin coatings or cleaning chemicals. Keep decoration away from food-contact areas and drinking rims unless suitability has been established.

Application

1. Clean and dry the application area using a method suitable for the item.
2. Cut out the required design and carefully remove its backing.
3. Position once; the adhesive may bond immediately.
4. Rub firmly across the complete design.
5. Slowly peel the carrier film, checking the design remains attached.

Follow the instructions supplied with your transfers. Display bottles, cups and other items shown in the images are examples and are not included.

FAQs

Can you deliver to my customer?

Yes. Choose direct-to-customer delivery and enter the correct recipient address at checkout. Plain packaging does not remove the shipping details a carrier requires.

Can I add several designs to a sheet?

Yes. Supply them together in one correctly sized layout, with space between designs for cutting.

Are UV DTF transfers suitable for clothing?

No. Use our standard DTF printing for suitable fabrics.

Are dishwasher and chemical resistance guaranteed?

No. Results depend on the item, exposure and application. Test first and hand wash decorated drinkware gently unless a different care method has been confirmed.
