UV DTF Preorder – Cash on Collection
Submit your UV DTF gangsheets for collection from DTF Printing Direct, Washington, Tyne & Wear. This service is for customers with prior telephone approval and approved prepaid account holders.
Call 0191 4191262 for approval before ordering. We will agree pricing and payment arrangements. Existing approved prepaid customers can order under their account terms.
The £0 online amount is a placeholder, not free printing. Cash-on-collection customers pay the agreed total when collecting. Prepaid orders are processed under the agreed account arrangements and available balance.
How to preorder
- Confirm your approval and agreed price.
- Choose cash on collection or your approved prepaid account. Enter your business/account name when using prepaid terms.
- Upload your completed UV DTF gangsheet. Each one-metre sheet is 580mm × 1000mm.
- Set basket quantity to the required number of one-metre sheets. Include any agreed instructions and explain different layouts.
- Confirm your approval acknowledgement and complete checkout using collection.
- Wait for confirmation that the order is ready, then collect from 7 Phoenix Road, Crowther, Washington, NE38 0AD.
Collection only. No delivery is available through this listing. Same-day collection must be agreed in advance. Do not travel until your order is confirmed ready.
Artwork
- PNG, PDF or AI, supplied at final size. Transparent PNG is recommended.
- For raster artwork, aim for 300 DPI and keep designs within the agreed sheet area.
- Check spelling, dimensions, layout and unwanted backgrounds.
- Leave space for cutting. Sheets are supplied complete unless otherwise agreed.
- Do not mirror. For different layouts, use a multi-page PDF or contact us before ordering.
- For AI gangsheets, use a 580mm × 1000mm artboard, outline fonts and embed linked images. Save with PDF compatibility where possible.

Suitable hard surfaces
UV DTF transfers are designed for suitable smooth hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal and some rigid plastics. No heat press is required. Surface coatings and flexibility can affect adhesion; test unfamiliar materials first.
Printed transfers only: display items and application services are not included. Follow the application and care instructions supplied. For clothing, choose standard DTF instead.

Can anyone use this listing?
No. Prior telephone approval is required. The acknowledgement checkbox records your confirmation; it does not itself approve an account.
How much will I pay?
Your printing charge is agreed with our team before ordering. The online placeholder does not calculate or collect that charge.
Can you post this order?
This listing is collection only. Use our standard UV DTF or white-label service for delivery.
Can I use a prepaid account?
Yes, if your account has been approved. Enter the account or business name so we can identify it. Processing depends on your agreed terms and available balance.
