Upload Your Own UV DTF Gangsheet

Already have a finished layout from your design software? Order your UV DTF printing by the metre here. Upload a completed, print-ready gangsheet and we will print the layout you supply.

Each ordered metre provides a 580mm × 1000mm print area. You can include multiple logos, names, labels and designs within that area. Transfers are supplied together on the printed sheet for you to cut apart.

Artwork requirements

Sheet size	580mm wide × 1000mm long per metre. Keep all designs within the sheet.
Preferred format	PNG with a transparent background. Print-ready PDF and Adobe Illustrator (AI) gangsheets are also accepted.
Resolution	For raster artwork and embedded images, aim for 300 DPI at the finished size. A one-metre PNG at 300 DPI is approximately 6850 × 11811 pixels.
Design sizes	Set each logo or design to its exact final width and height before uploading. A DPI label alone does not confirm physical size.
Backgrounds	Remove backgrounds you do not want printed. White boxes, stray pixels and other visible background areas may print.
Spacing	Leave cutting space between designs and keep important artwork clear of the sheet edges.
Orientation	Supply the artwork in its normal viewing direction. Do not mirror it.
Text & detail	Check spelling and fine details. Outline all fonts and embed linked images in PDF and AI files. Use a 580mm × 1000mm artboard for AI gangsheets; saving with PDF compatibility is recommended. Very fine lines, tiny text and semi-transparent edges may not reproduce clearly.

Use the file types shown by this product’s upload field. Do not upload an editable gangsheet project, JSON file, screenshot or photograph of your layout. Enlarging a blurry image will not restore its detail.

How to order your finished gangsheet

1. Prepare your 580mm × 1000mm artwork at its required final size.
2. Check every design’s size, spelling, image quality, transparency and spacing.
3. Upload the print-ready file using the artwork field on this product.
4. Set the order quantity to the number of metres required. For repeated copies of one one-metre layout, quantity 3 means three printed copies.
5. For several different layouts, add them separately with the matching upload, or agree a multi-page PDF arrangement with us before ordering.
6. Review your current price and order details, then select delivery or collection at checkout.

Artwork is printed from your supplied layout. Artwork creation, resizing and background removal are not included unless separately agreed. If your layout is longer than one metre, confirm the required quantity and file arrangement before ordering.

UV DTF for suitable hard surfaces

These transfers are for suitable smooth hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal and some rigid plastics. No heat press is required. Clean and dry the item, remove the backing, position carefully, rub firmly and peel the carrier according to the supplied instructions.

Test unfamiliar surfaces first. UV DTF is not a fabric transfer. Do not assume compatibility with silicone, flexible packaging, textured coatings, dishwashers, solvents or cleaning chemicals. Display cups and bottles are examples and are not included.

FAQs

Can I fit several different designs on one sheet?

Yes. Supply them together as one completed layout, with enough cutting space between designs.

Will you remove the white background?

Not automatically. Remove it before uploading if you do not want it printed, and check the file’s transparency.

Can I send an editable project from the builder?

Upload the exported print PNG or a print-ready PDF or AI file. The saved editable project is not the production file.
