A3 Custom DTF Transfers – Your Design, Ready to Press

Turn your artwork into personalised clothing with A3 DTF transfers from DTF Printing Direct. We print your logo, illustration or design in full colour on transfer film, ready for you to apply with a suitable heat press.

With a maximum printing area of 420 × 297mm, an A3 sheet is ideal for large front and back prints, workwear branding, hoodies, T-shirts, team clothing and merchandise. Order one large design or supply several smaller designs together on one print-ready A3 layout.

This product is a printed transfer sheet. Clothing and heat-press application are not included.

What You Receive

How to Order

1. Prepare your artwork at its intended finished size, within 420 × 297mm.
2. Upload your print-ready file using the artwork upload field.
3. Select the number of identical A3 sheets you need.
4. Check your artwork and order details, then choose an available delivery or collection option at checkout.

For different artwork on different sheets, add each design as a separate basket item with its matching upload.

Artwork Requirements

• Recommended file: a high-resolution PNG with a genuinely transparent background.
• Resolution: aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. An A3 canvas at 300 DPI is approximately 4961 × 3508 pixels.
• Orientation: portrait or landscape is welcome within the A3 dimensions.
• Layout: arrange multiple designs together in one print-ready file, leaving space to cut them apart.
• Do not mirror: submit artwork in its normal viewing direction.
• Check carefully: spelling, dimensions, image quality and transparency should be correct before ordering.

Anything visible in your file may print, including unwanted backgrounds and stray pixels. Enlarging a small image does not restore detail. Very fine lines and semi-transparent edges may not reproduce clearly.

Suitable Garments & Application

DTF is suitable for many cotton, polyester and blended garments, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and suitable textile bags. Test unfamiliar, coated or heat-sensitive materials before production.

Use a suitable heat press and follow the temperature, pressing time and peel instructions supplied with your order. Film types and garments can require different settings. Pre-press to remove moisture and creases, and apply even pressure across the complete design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I fit more than one logo on a sheet?

Yes. Supply the logos together as one correctly sized A3 print-ready file, with enough space between them for cutting.

Can you print white artwork?

Yes. DTF uses white ink, making it suitable for white details and full-colour designs on dark clothing.

Is a T-shirt included?

No. You are ordering a printed DTF transfer sheet to apply to your own suitable garment.

Can I use a household iron?

A suitable heat press is recommended for consistent heat and pressure, particularly across a large A3 print.
